Rates

We use a redistributive sliding-scale to increase access while keeping the practice sustainable. A portion of payments from higher tiers helps subsidize reduced-fee spots for clients with significant financial need. All rates below are for both counseling and recreational therapy sessions, virtually or in-person, and based on the typical 50-55 minute session time.

These are broad guidelines to help you choose a tier. If you can comfortably meet essentials (food, housing, basic healthcare), you’ll likely select Standard or above. If you regularly stress about meeting essentials, Reduced or Low-Fee may be the right fit. We will not ask for proof; we will use mutual trust and reassess every six months or sooner if your financial situation changes. You choose or we discuss the tier that fits your current finances.

You may fall into this category if you:

  • Regularly meet basic needs

  • May have some debt but it does not limit your stability

  • Have steady income and access to healthcare
