Individual counseling is a space to come home to yourself—a place to speak freely, feel deeply, and be met with care that honors your whole story. Together, we make room for grief and growth, for unlearning and becoming.
It’s not about fixing what’s broken, but about gently tending to what’s been silenced, overwhelmed, or forgotten.
Our approach is collaborative, identity-affirming, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with others, with the body, and with what matters most to you.
